4. Pricing and Payments

All package prices and quotations are based on the information available at the time of preparation and may vary depending on travel dates, availability, seasonal demand, exchange rates, supplier prices, taxes, and other applicable charges.

• Prices are subject to availability until the booking is confirmed.

• Advance payments or full payments may be required depending on the package and supplier conditions.

• Any applicable taxes, service charges, additional expenses, or payment conditions will be communicated as applicable.

• Bookings may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled if the required payment is not received within the specified time.

• Any change in supplier pricing or government taxes before confirmation may result in a revised quotation.

Unless expressly stated in the written quotation, personal expenses, meals, entry tickets, tips, permits, additional transportation, and other incidental costs are not included in the package price.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund conditions vary according to the airline, hotel, transport operator, destination management company (DMC), tour operator, and other service providers involved in the booking.

• Cancellation charges will be determined by the applicable supplier policies and the terms communicated at the time of booking.

• Non-refundable bookings, promotional fares, special hotel rates, permits, and certain activity reservations may not qualify for a refund.

• Processing time may vary depending on the supplier, bank, payment method, and other circumstances.

• No-show, unused services, early departures, or voluntarily missed portions of a tour may not qualify for a refund unless the applicable supplier policy permits it.

Shree Balajii Travels may assist with travel information or documentation guidance, but final decisions regarding visas, immigration, boarding, and entry are made by the relevant authorities and service providers.

8. Itinerary and Package Inclusions

The itinerary, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals, and other inclusions will be as specified in the final confirmed quotation or travel voucher.

Actual arrangements may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, operational requirements, local restrictions, public holidays, supplier decisions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Substitutions or alternative arrangements may be offered when necessary, subject to availability and the applicable booking terms.

Customers should not assume that any service is included unless it is expressly mentioned in the confirmed itinerary or quotation.

These providers may have their own terms, conditions, safety requirements, cancellation policies, and service limitations.

Although we make reasonable efforts to coordinate bookings and provide suitable arrangements, we cannot guarantee the performance, availability, or uninterrupted operation of independent third-party services. Nothing in this clause excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Delays, Disruptions, and Force Majeure

Travel arrangements may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, border closures, flight disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

12. Travel Insurance
